Privacy

We collect: an email address, when you request an invitation. We retain it until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months from the request, whichever comes first.

We do not run logs of destinations visited by members through the network. We retain operational metadata (uptime, throughput aggregates, node health) for a rolling 30 days, for the purpose of keeping the network healthy. Nothing in that metadata identifies a specific user's traffic.

We do not sell data. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. We respond to lawful requests from Swiss authorities when required, with the minimum data we hold (which is, for content, none).

Terms

Membership is granted by invitation, billed by the period agreed in writing at activation. Membership is non-transferable.

Acceptable use: anything legal under Swiss law. Unacceptable use includes (non-exhaustively) hosting attacks, distributing malware, sending unsolicited bulk email. Reported abuse will be investigated; confirmed abuse ends the membership without refund.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We do guarantee that we will tell you when we are not at our targets, and credit the affected period as set out in the activation agreement.

Disputes are governed by Swiss law and resolved in the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
